This website

• No cookies, no analytics: knobeast.com uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no third-party content that tracks you.
• Server logs: like any web server, ours keeps technical logs of visits (IP address, date, page requested and browser). We use them for security and troubleshooting, keep them for a limited time, and never use them to identify you or share them.
• Emails: if you write to us, we use your details only to reply, and keep them as long as needed to handle your request.

knobeast devices

A knobeast talks to your Sonos speakers inside your local network and sends no usage data to any server. It only contacts knobeast.com to check for updates (you can turn this off in System), and those downloads are not logged. Your Wi-Fi password is stored only on the device itself, and System → Factory reset erases it.

Purchases

Until the online shop opens, orders are placed by email to hello@knobeast.com. The details you send us (name, address, email and phone) are used only to handle the order, shipping and invoice, and to meet legal obligations. When the shop opens, you will be told how data is handled before buying.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to contact@knobeast.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
